Some more from all of my Tinette drawings today!

This is an obviously much younger Tinette, and her previous boyfriend, Lucas.

This is why Tina hates everybody.

I'm really sleep, ah ha- I don't know why I'm so out of it today. My jaw tries to kill me every time I yawn and my back is not happy bending today.

Boo.

So yay, simple sketches with simple colours make Annie a happy girl.

I wish I had the energy to actually finish something once and a while. I haven't painted anything decent in ages.

And, just to show she's not one to let anything stand in her way of being rich and successful, I present Tinette, telling some sham fortunes.

Because she's awesome like that.

I think I'm headed to bed a little bit early.

Just finished adding quick colours and text to this one a couple of minutes ago. I drew a whole bunch of Tina's today for a timeline I made forever ago and just didn't bother to finish.

Well yay!!

Annie-Mation has a Logo!

And here she is, ladies and gentlemen!

I spent a good chunk of today updating my portfolio over at DA, because I decided to throw caution to the wind and apply to a very expensive, very elitist art program that I doubt I will get accepted into.

If I am accepted, I do believe my parents will kill me.

However, I figured you only live once, it's a great opportunity, and the odds are stacked against me, I could go ahead and try. Doesn't cost to try, and who knows, life just might surprise me and then I'll be scrambling to scrape together funding so I can go.

Also, seeing as I was applying to something professional, I decided to update all of my stuff. My DA portfolio, my email signature- and so I finally created a little logo for myself. This is actually a terrible logo, due to the fact that when shrunk down it doesn't translate as well, but hey, I gotta start somewhere. I'll sharpen it up to a full out logo eventually.

Very tired, I haven't finished my page for Friday yet and it's already Wednesday, but that's alright because it's almost finished.

BOOM she says!

I haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd post some of the things I'd been drawing in my sketchbook.

So yay! Nothing special, I've got some Sariel, some Sherry, some Suka, some Kara, some Rebel-

I also drew Lance from Sym-Bionic Titan today, and Shannon, my friend and co-worker who just had her birthday on Friday!

Most of my work is going towards RISE lately, as I spent all last week developing and modifying my layout, as well as drawing my sixth page. You can check it out on the link to the right there, do enjoy!

So yay, it felt good to relax today and draw pointless doodles of pointlessness. Tomorrow I start back at work, bright and early, but that's cool, I love my job.

Ten Million Fireflies

How many of you remember this from last summer? Well, shortly after starting, loving, and highly enjoying that picture, I redesigned Alan.

That led to complications, because I couldn't finish the painting with his old design, I needed his new one.

Today, during break, I drew this. Basically the exact same picture, only with Alan's new costume, and new legs. I also decided to have fun with Suka's costume this time, and give her something a little more loose and flowy, as opposed to the tight and relatively short jumper she always wears.

Fun times! I think these two are very sweet, but I don't know much about Alan. He's just a typical nice guy, albeit one with a bit of a temper and likes to drink, but an over all nice guy. It makes it boring to draw him, and relatively boring to write him. I'm still working on developing his character, but I quite like his face here.

And his bushy eyebrows.

So who knows! Perhaps this time I will finish my picture of Suka and Alan sitting in the grass looking up at the fireflies.

Wee!

Rage Scribbles

Okay. This ran me through hoops of fire, I can't even explain.

However, I've finally finished my sketch; I can relax now.

I can't draw animals to save my life; but that's okay because I wasn't trying to draw an animal. Not entirely anyways.

I have a soft spot for Kit and Sherry, despite the fact that there's a ten year gap between their ages.

Sherry's a very fragile kid- When he was separated from his mother and sisters as a child, he was determined to prove he was a worthy son and did his best to learn how to fight in preparation for the tournament. The first time he actually killed someone, instead of turning them to stone, shocked him so badly he mentally snapped. Poor Sherry.

For a short period of time he was ridiculously violent, lashing out at friends and enemies alike, until his friends caught up with him and managed to smack him back to reality. He never completely recovered from that experience, and from then on immediately backed away from any sort of violence and refuses to hurt people. Unless they hurt someone he cares about, in which case he'll do anything to protect them.

It's about the only time Sherry will fight anymore.

But THERE I finally finished, jeeze.

Working on catching up on the art I owe people.
